Looking for a part time tutor job?

The Foundation for International Education, London needs a tutor to teach an undergraduate course in Literacy(Education). It's part time - just one semester. Check it out below.

Expertise & job responsibilities: Candidates will teach a course in the language arts for both grades 1-6 and grades 7-12: (a) literacy methods and theory with an emphasis on a balanced literacy approach, (b) informal methods of diagnosis for remediation of reading and writing difficulties, and (c) strategies for content area literacy.

Desirable Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have an earned doctorate degree in literacy or reading; candidates with a post-graduate diploma integrating theory & practice will also be considered. Candidates should have experience working in K -12 schools and teaching a class of American undergraduates.
