O’Callaghan Hotels in Dublin city centre are currently expanding and have several catering positions available.

Currently O’Callaghan Hotels are seeking an experienced kitchen porter.

This position would ideally suit an applicant with quality service experience. It involves cleaning and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will work in an organised, hygienic manner ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to.

A weekend breakfast chef is also required. The ideal candidate will join their busy team and work along side an experienced Head Chef. The candidate must have experience working in a busy kitchen in a similar role and be available to work Saturday and Sunday breakfast shifts.

There are also openings for a part-time/casual chef and a 4th year commis chef.
